Booking with Lodges van Rongen means peace of mind – even when plans change.

We want you to book with confidence, so our terms are clear and fair.

When booking, you pay the full amount for your stay. If you need to cancel,

we’ll make sure the appropriate amount is refunded promptly according to the policy below:

• Up to 30 days before arrival
  Free cancellation. The full amount will be refunded.
• Between 30 and 14 days before arrival
  50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• Within 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show
  Unfortunately, no refund can be given.

We recommend taking out travel or cancellation insurance to cover unexpected situations.
